The Volunteers at the Jubilee of Rome
About the Vatican City Association
The volunteers of the Vatican City submit their application through the Jubilee website.
They are specific for the Jubilee and help during the celebrations from 8th December until 20th November. Their aims are to make sure the celebrations run smoothly and that the pilgrims are sufficiently supervised in case help is needed.
The volunteers must commit to either a week or for four days of work, depending on the celebrations. They
wear yellow and white tops, the colours that represent the Pope, emblazoned with the logo of the Jubilee of Mercy.
Anyone can volunteer! The only requirement is to be fluent in Italian and a secondary language is preferred.
